BULGARIA
Master franchisee, Panda Coop, is Bulgaria's largest office products wholesaler and re-seller. There are currently 175 stores and OFFICE 1 is the clear market leader with a forty five percent market share.
INDONESIA
Kawan Lama Group has evolved to become the market leader in commercial and industrial retailing. In addition to OFFICE 1 the group runs a chain of 40 hypermarkets under the American hardware giant Ace brand. Kawan Lama also operates retail formats that include toy stores and the Index chain of some 25 furniture stores, IKEA type, that sell office and home products.
IRELAND
The master franchisee of Ireland has a background in wholesaling and retailing of office and stationery products.
ITALY
The master franchisee C'ART SA is a third generation wholesaler based in Rome. OFFICE 1 launched a 20,000 Sq. Ft superstore with ample private parking in the center of Rome in September 2000 and they now have twenty-five branches throughout Italy. OFFICE 1 is one of the market leaders and will be launching in early 2010 a state of the arts E-Commerce website for its franchisees.
JORDAN
The master franchisee, SCS, is a leading IT company in Jordan, with headquarters in a modern building located in the center of Amman’s business district. SCS is an ACER Executive Partner, HP Preferred Partner and HP Supplies Strategic Partner and offers the wide range of products distributed by these two great IT companies including Servers, PCs, Notebooks, Printers, and Original HP Supplies.
LITHUANIA
The master franchisee, Sanitex based in Vilnius is one of the largest discount house chains in Lithuania. The company produces and sells janitorial supplies through-out the country. OFFICE 1 is an established leader in the Lithuanian marketplace with ten retail branches.
MEXICO
The master franchisee, Distribuidora Gardi SA, is a third generation wholesaler of office products with market leadership in Mexico City. There are currently eleven OFFICE 1 franchises and a new E-commerce was launched recently.
PERU
The master franchisee, T-Copia, owns thirteen sophisticated, Kinko-like, service centers in Peru and three photocopy centers under the name Peru Copia. Additionally the master franchisee is the exclusive distributor of Canon office machines for Peru with a list of some 10,000 office customers and a large sales force calling on these accounts. There are currently fifteen OFFICE 1 retail outlets in Lima Peru and plans are to start sub-franchising in earnest in 2010.
PHILIPPINES
The master franchisee, Stores Specialists, Inc, (SSI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Rustan Group, a leading retail and wholesale conglomerate in the Philippines with exclusive rights to the finest and most prestigious names in fashion; brands such as Gucci, Zara, Debenhams, Tiffany, Gap, Marc Jacobs, Banana Republic to name a few. There are three OFFICE 1 retail outlets to date and OFFICE 1 Philippines will launch in early 2010 a state of the arts E-commerce website.
QATAR
The master franchisee is a family conglomerate consisting of a group of investors with varied interests, such as car dealerships, real estate and retail outlets. The first OFFICE 1 store in Doha is decorated in a very beautiful manner. They are also a market leader in the B to B side of office products industry. The master franchisee has the distribution rights to the Apple brand in Qatar.
SLOVAKIA
The master franchisee SEVT is a very established wholesaler and manufacturer of tax and accounting forms. They design and produce a beautiful range of lever arch files, notebooks, and specialty paper products. Currently they have thirty OFFICE 1 stores.
SLOVENIA
The master franchisee started with ten large stores selling gifts and back to school items. OFFICE 1 Slovenia is a market leader with ten locations. The stores are a mixture of office products, gifts, cards, gift wrap, and back to school related products. They will be launching a state of the arts E-Commerce website in the second quarter of 2010.
TRINIDAD
The master franchisee is a group of investors that have hotel and real estate holdings. They cover the islands of Trinidad and Tobago with retail stores and e-commerce sales to business through out the islands.
TURKEY
Master franchisee, OFMA SA, is a partnership consisting of some of the largest wholesalers and manufacturers of office products in Turkey. The company is national with thirty two superstores ranging in size between 200 Sq. Ft and 1,500 Sq. Ft. and is the office products market leader nationally.
